Abara is working to restore the Historic Hacienda and surrounding 4-acre site over the next several years. The Hacienda is a beloved space and the future home of Abara House. We are able to host limited private gatherings on a case-by-case basis depending on Abara's schedule and the Hacienda project timeline.

Set-up Arrangement

Abara has many existing tables and chairs and 40 additional folding chairs. Please check all that apply to indicate your set-up needs and if you plan to rent other items from local companies in the area:

ESTIMATED DONATION

Abara is open to offering the space in exchange for donations, with options including monetary contributions of

$250, $500, $1,500, $5,000, $7,500, or $10,000

or goods and services of equal value. Examples of equal value exchange include needed supplies, special projects, or equipment. More urgently, your contribution can sustain the Adobe Restoration Project of the Historic Hacienda.

Facility Use Agreement (MOU)

We ask every group to complete a Facility Use Agreement to care for the space well with preparation and clean-up. Included is an MOU in agreement with Abara's values and posture. For questions, please write to Jonathan Klassen: jonathan@abara.org

Equal Value Exchange (EVE)
